Shipping & delivery
Producing handcrafted items with love & care takes time, as you can appreciate. Please allow up to 3-5 days from placing your order to dispatch. All care will be taken to ensure items are well packaged for a safe arrival.
We offer a standard delivery service through Australia Post starting at $12.95 and an express option is available also.
My order has arrived damaged, what do i do?
We will always do our best to take extreme care in the safe delivery of your order, but we also know sometimes accidents can happen in transit. If your order reaches you with an issue please do not hesitate to email us within 72 hours of your order arriving to you at hello@earthsongalchemy.com.au. Please include your order number along with photos of the packaging and the candle. We will reply via email with the best possible solution.
Refunds & returns
If you need to enquire about returning an item, please send us an email at hello@earthsongalchemy.com.au with details on what you wish to return and your reason for being unsatisfied. We will then send you the instructions to follow to process your return.
It will be your responsibility to pay for the postal cost of the returned item and we do recommend a 'signed for' service, so you have proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in the post or not delivered to us.
